About Matt Wenning
Wenning Strength was founded by Matt Wenning. Not only is he a three-time world champion powerlifter, but he also holds a Master’s Degree in Biomechanics and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. He has a rich knowledge of the mechanics and chemistry of the body.
That’s not all. Not by a long shot.
He’s also directed more than 6,000 troops in strength, conditioning, and wellness for the U.S. Army, including Infantry and Ranger Divisions. This is in addition to his work as an advisor for the NFL, an international speaker for the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as a contractor for border patrol, airborne divisions, and the Pentagon.
Why are we telling you all this? Simple. We just want you to know what good hands you’re in. Matt, along with our other fitness staff, are here to take care of you. They’re here to keep you motivated, informed, and safe.
