This manual literally changed my life. It gave me an easy guide to get my earring in order. I am now eating the right way, am healthier than ever and having tremendous workouts at age 41. Matt is probably the best teacher in strength training that I’ve ever come across. It’s now about spreading the word about Wenning to each athlete I train and anyone I know that is serious about getting healthy.

Contrary to all the fitness industry sheisters out there, the subject of nutrition does not have to be akin to rocket science. Here, Matt lays out the basics, which is really all you need. How to eat clean without starving yourself. How to gain weight without becoming the stereotypical obese powerlifter “who’s also a hotdog eating champion”, and how to cut fat without any gimmicks.
