'Stone Cold' Steve Austin

‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin (born Steven James Anderson) is a retired professional wrestler, actor, and media personality, widely considered one of the most iconic figures in WWE history. He rose to fame in the late 1990s with his anti-authority persona, beer-fueled bravado, and legendary catchphrase, “Austin 3:16.”

After early success in WCW as “Stunning” Steve Austin, he joined the WWF in 1995 and quickly reinvented himself as “Stone Cold.” His rebellious character and intense feuds—especially with Vince McMahon and The Rock—helped drive the “Attitude Era,” a golden age for WWE viewership and popularity.

Austin is a six-time WWE Champion and the only wrestler to win the Royal Rumble three times. His in-ring career ended in 2003 due to injuries, but he remains a fan favorite through occasional WWE appearances, his podcast, and his TV show, Broken Skull Challenge.

In 2009, he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, solidifying his legacy as a game-changing superstar who redefined what it meant to be a wrestling icon.

Big Rob

Refusing to let the diagnosis define him, Rob began training with renowned strength coach, Matt Wenning, who guided him through a total transformation.

Under Wenning’s programming and mentorship, Rob rebuilt his foundation and exceeded every prior benchmark. In just 24 months, he became the strongest he had ever been, achieving a 500lbs bench press and a 700lbs deadlift in his first powerlifting meet. His comeback was not just physical—it was a testament to resilience, discipline, and expert coaching.

Now, after 17 years of training with Wenning, Rob continues to be a force in the gym and a powerful example of what’s possible with unwavering determination and the right support system.
