Digital Downloads
All digital downloads have a no-return policy. Due to the issue of being unable to verify the deletion of a product once it has been purchased, we are unable to provide a return on the items. If you are unsatisfied with the information in the manual however, please reach out to us at support@wenningstrength.com and we'll be happy to work with you make it work through other options.
Equipment
All equipment is custom-made at the time of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours, please reach out to equipment@wenningstrength.com. Once an order is manufactured and shipped, it falls under our warranty guidelines.
Merchandise
If you have a return or need to exchange any purchased merchandise, you have up to 30 days from the time of purchase to do so. We'll be happy to either refund the order (as long as the clothing is not damaged) or exchange it for the correct item(s).
