WARRANTY POLICIES
Wenning Strength Depot Inc. (Wenning Strength) warranties the original purchaser that Wenning Strength equipment will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods:
WARRANTY PERIODS
- Frame and welds: 10 years*
- Bearings and bushings: 5 years
- Pulleys and cables: 1 year
- Powder coating: 90days
- Upholstery: 60days
*Frames and welds are defined as welded structural elements of the product, but not removable parts such as pulleys, fasteners, bearings, bushings, rubber grommets, etc.
This warranty does not cover:
Things we cannot warranty are carabineers and belts as these are considered high wear objects that should be replaced yearly. You must use the carabineers that are provided and when replacing, make sure you order from Wenning Strength to get the proper strength attachments.
Wenning Strength Return Policy
Digital Downloads
All digital downloads have a no-return policy. Due to the issue of being unable to verify the deletion of a product once it has been purchased, we are unable to provide a return on the items. If you are unsatisfied with the information in the manual however, please reach out to us at support@wenningstrength.com and we'll be happy to work with you make it work through other options.
Equipment
All equipment is custom-made at the time of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your order within 48 hours, please reach out to equipment@wenningstrength.com. Once an order is manufactured and shipped, it falls under our warranty guidelines.
Merchandise
If you have a return or need to exchange any purchased merchandise, you have up to 30 days from the time of purchase to do so. We'll be happy to either refund the order (as long as the clothing is not damaged) or exchange it for the correct item(s). To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@wenningstrength.com with your original order information and we will be happy to work with you to make it right!
