This was a great program! The routine and the supplement advice were both easy to follow and effective. The joint friendly stuff really worked, my shoulders knees and elbows all feel better than when i started.
All the boring things I’d been avoiding like posture, hip mobility and elbow rehab were hidden and mixed in with fun work like benching, deadlifting and getting bigger arms.
All the exercise rotations taught me a lot about using the Matt’s style and the Conjugate method in general. On my own, I try to cram everything all together in the same month or “wave” then crash and burn quickly. This routine really showed me how to stack the waves together, have patience and progress long term by making small adjustments along the way.
I’ve gone from a fan of the You Tube videos to a Total Believer in the Wenning Strength way, and I’m excited to continue with the Hypertrophy plan next.
