Tactical Wenning Strength is elite and affordable training for Firefighters, Police, Military, and First Responders. 

This program uses a unique, science-backed approach designed to enhance an individual’s overall strength, fitness level, and ability to perform their duties within the physically demanding environment of firefighting, police work, military, and first response.

This training also helps you increase your bone density, muscle mass, and ligament/tendon density to promote injury prevention. This is specialized at-home training at its finest. All you need is Barbell // Bands // DBs to join. Specialty Bars // Reverse Hyper // Belt Squat is recommended. 

Programming 6 days per week

  • Daily strength, conditioning, and skill training that’s accessible and challenging for tactical athletes of any level or background. Includes four strength training dats along with two GPP / Condition days.
