Congratulations on signing up for the Arnold Seminar & Bench Competition! We’re excited to see your strength and skills in action on Saturday, March 4th 2023 from 5pm – 8pm at Wenning Strength Gym, located at 514 W Rich St, Columbus, OH 43215.
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the event to check-in and get settled. Make sure to bring a valid photo ID and your confirmation email for verification purposes. Wear comfortable athletic attire and bring any necessary equipment (we have lifting belts and wrist straps).
